Embroidery Sewing Machines

I really have an urge to get an embroidery sewing machine. A reasonably priced embroidery sewing machine, that is, lol.

I've seen one or two that I have fallen in love with, but they are in the $6000+ price range. There is no way I can afford that, especially for a hobby.

I've checked out some Singers that are being offered on HSN. The prices are great but, after some reading online, the reviews of their machines aren't the best.

There are some lower priced Brother models, but they didn't get any better reviews.

I'm afraid that after looking at the high end models, I won't be satisfied with anything else.

Does anyone have an embroidery sewing machine that they really love?
