Electric Pool Heater

We have an inground pool (16x28 oval - 12,000 gallons) and it's SO COLD. Does anyone have an electric heater in their pool that they could tell me about? A gas-fired heater is out of the question, because it would just be too much aggravation to have it installed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
