Always a Shark! I'm not paying for a Dyson with mediocre reviews.

I love my Shark vacuums! I have both the corded and cordless. Both work great! While I've never had a Dyson, during my 51 years of marriage, I've had every other expensive vacuum there is. None of them were as good as my Sharks! If I have to replace them, so be it. They didn't cost me a fortune to buy!😅

I actually have both brands.

With Shark I have a corded vacuum that I keep in our basement. It has a light

which is nice and it runs well.

I have two cordless Dysons. I have already replaced a battery in one of the Dysons.

For the high price you pay wish it came with an extra battery. With the cordless I

am constantly emptying the canister. We have two long-haired Goldens. It

fills very quickly for a small canister.

I have both...a SHARK cordless stick for quick pick ups downstairs and on the back porch and a DYSON for the family/living area on the main floor.

The DYSON has a lot of tools with I like and a long cord which is good when I need to clean the stairs.

Last week we were at Bob Evans for breakfast and the server was sweeping with a cordless sweeper, I asked what the brand was and it was a Shark..  It was very quiet and she said it picked up really well.

I wonder if it is a commercial type sweeper or of it can be purchased in the stores.

When my cordless dies (I have had it for years, and never replaced a battery) I am going to look into another cordless Shark...it is a bit larger than what I have now but I have room to store a slightly bigger model..

You might be able to replace the battery on a Dyson, but when it cost over a hundred dollars plus labor ....no thank you.

I had a cordless Dyson stick, never again. I also had a regular large Dyson, and this is also a big No as it didn't last nearly liong enogh picking up dog hair everyday.

I lhave two sharks and love them both, no stick though. I prefer a large canister with cord. They will last and will do the job.

I own both, but not cordless varieties, which just never seem to have what it takes, although it's been a while since I tried one. My Dyson is the heavy yellow original and it's the best vacuum I've owned. My Shark Rocket is a very good machine too, easier to use and navigate, but not as effective on some rugs.

Corded Dyson. We've had them for many years. Their warranty is great!

dysons are way too expensive.   i got 2 of my sharks from qvc.. they are corded, i personally dont like cordless.. and i love them.. i did some searching online, and i read sharks are just as good as dysons, if not better... and cheaper, i think both of mine were a tsv...
