Re: Dutch Door

All I can see is a major security concern and a leaker of lovely A/C in the summer and heat in the winter. We have way to many bugs down here in the southeast to have something like that. I can see it in a country where there aren't insects but those countries tend to have cold weather not to mention rain and snow.

Re: Dutch Door

We had one when I was growing up.  It was the side entrance to the house.

To me it means country living not in the city and owning two cats means no 🐈🐈.

Re: Dutch Door

There was a door like that where I worked. It was there to make it easy to hand out supplies while having a level of security in place with the lower half of the door closed. For me a door like that is more utilitarian than it is aesthetically pleasing.

Fun! And it looks like it might be a DIY made from a solid door. And yellow!

I know I can't buy happiness, but I can buy Champagne, and isn't that the same thing?

Re: Dutch Door

Don’t have one but I like Dutch doors. I like the two colors.
