Duraflame Remote Replacement

Has anyone ever successfully replaced their Duraflame remote? My darlin' Little Black Devil Dog just demolished mine... sigh...{#emotions_dlg.crying}

I also need a replacement.  Does anyone know where to get one...for the Duraflame heater.

There are some used ones on Ebay.  Can't wait to use my heater.  Sick of summer!!!
