Our sofa was recently put out to pasture, and I am thinking about purchasing a sectional since we never seem to have enough seating (largely due to teenagers that only seem to regard "lounging" as the only comfortable way to grace a piece of furniture). I found one I think I like online, but I am not sure how the whole "right arm facing, left arm facing" thing works. When I face the room I would like the "long" piece of the sectional to be set directly against that wall that I am facing, and I would like the "short" piece to be set directly against the wall to the right. I assume this would mean I would order a right arm facing sectional, but I want to be sure before I order it. Any sectional users out there familiar with this?
