Does anyone remember?

I few year ago I purchased some "curtain rings" that gave you the ability to create different valances like balloon valances and bows. They were white rings that you could thread sheets, or lengths of cloth to create different styles and all you needed was cup hooks to hang them over the window. Does anyone remember them? Who made them and where I can get some? It was around the time Carol Smith brought out her Glass Art products.

I lost mine when I moved to a new home and would love to purchase some more.

Please help. :-)
