Oh, you are so right about Sherpa with attracting lint, hair, and matting.

Years ago I bought a denim and co winter jacket that was lined in Sherpa....although I love the jacket, that lining is an eyesore. Yuk. I have stayed away from Sherpa ever since.

Since that was years ago, I was hoping that maybe they they had found ways to improve 

the sherpa problem? Wonder if that is possible.

The Gili item in question is manufactured by Berkshire Blankets, for GILI. In this this particular case, the better quality is the GILI choice.

I ordered one of the GILI by Berkshire TSV ones...the pink marble...it looked to be of good quality....it better be or it's going back! LOL

 

I own the Christmas throw by Berkshire...has red cardinals on a pink back ground and that throw is AWESOME!  I also picked up the same throw with the penguins on it and while it is super soft for some reason it is just abit thinner...so even in the same throw offering choice of there are differences in the weight of fabric.  IF I hadn't picked up 2 of the same in different choices I wouldn't have known this.  

 

This yr I am into blankets...and throws for some reason.
