I'm confused, I searched on line for the Luminara website and the one I found said that they only handle concerns about products purchased from their website... So please tell mw what the website or phone number is for the group that has helped you all.

I am so disappointed that both my Flameless Candles and Luminara ones won't work now so close to the Holidays. Thank you.

luminara poorly made-i thought the solare were nicer and worked better, of course qvc stopped selling them!
