I worked on a bit of shredding yesterday and filled the shredder. I moved my file cabinets and shredder down to my son's room and that's really nice not having to run up to the loft if I just want to shred one piece of junk mail.

While waiting in my car for a friend to show up to walk today, went through and decluttered my glove box.
Out with some old masks, excess to-go utensils, old pair of readers, pen, lots of old menus, some no longer needed paperwork. Neatened up what's left, (mostly car svcs receipts, and a few other things I do use, like car charger, bank deposit forms), and I know what's in there.

Hubby gave up 3 cassette tapes to donate and I set aside 2 small travel mesh toiletry type bags to donate. I think I got them as a free gift when I joined AARP a few years ago. I was saving them for the kids but I don't think they want them. Maybe I'll double check before I actually get rid of them. Hubby and I each have a Freedom Bag from QVC from years ago. We don't travel much but we stil use them if we do. I should look to see if they still make them.

I have a couple things set aside for possible donation, but I don't know if these items would be a pathway for someone to find personal info. Maybe someone here knows???
1. Firestick for TV, do those contain any info? My late husband bought it years back, hooked it up, we used it for a while, but went back to cable.
2. CarMD, one of those things you plug into your car to diagnose a problem, then plug into your computer to see the diagnosis. Haven't used it in years, it would probably take some time to get it updated to current, but it was handy to have at hand when one of those "lights" would come on in the car. Now, I just take the car to Riley Auto Parts and they do the same thing, then I decide if I need to take my car to the shop (usually that's the end result, lol).I'm no mechanic, but if it were something simple enough, I might be able to fix it myself. Normally tho, the guys at the auto parts store tell me, no, you need to take it to the shop, but, I go while knowing how much the parts cost and what the problem actually is. So, I fell more confident in dealing with the repair shop. I don't know about any of you, but years ago, I got ripped off by more than one repair shop, and I didn't like it one bit.
Other than that, just more holey socks and another top or two that all went in the trash.
Thanks in advance, and have a nice weekend.

Dropped off the items I have been gathering for past week for donation. That felt good. Added rolling backpack that I used when teaching as well as when traveling as carry-on.

@JudyL - They sure are! I love mine for the rare times we do travel.

Hubby added a hooded flannel coat to the donate bag. I am going to try to get my donations dropped off today if the donation center is open.

I took 14 things to consignment yesterday, including a suitcase. She did a Facebook live last night and several of them sold.
I bought myself a new set of flatware and donated the old set yesterday to a local charity. Dropoff was less than a 1/2 mile from my house.

Freedom Bags! We had two we used for travel years ago. They were great. I donated them a while ago with much of my husband's stuff when I knew I would no longer need them.
My "big" declutter today was two cans of evaporated milk I had bought for my visiting cat that she wouldn't drink and a can of broth that I no longer need since my dog is gone. I didn't know what I was going to do with them, but then I saw the USPS food drive today, so I put them out for that.
Every little bit helps!
