I have been shopping the Q since the beginning. I have had good luck so far. Today I received a package that was ripped and the pillow inside had a couple of holes and ink over the end that was sticking through the package! Imagine sending a pillow in a plastic bag! Its a darling pillow, Valerie Parr Hill and it matches the throw of hers. I have been wanting it for ages! I called and reported the problem and was told it was the LAST pillow!!! Wahh! She also told me I had to return it if I wanted credit. I didn't think that was my problem. So..I called another CS, she was very sweet. Said she would credit my CC immediately! She also suggesed an alterations that could repair the damage. It only needs a backing..I'm sure I can find some fabric. She told me if I have it repaired, that the Q would reimburse me for it. Its a pain, but I really want to keep it since it matches the throw. Its amazing how one person really ticked me off and the other girl was so nice and helpful! It pays to be assertive. I'm learning, lol. Anyone else received a damaged item???
