DYSON Recall Heater/Fan

Dyson has recalled this model. It was sold in November as a TSV.

Has anyone received information from QVC regarding this recall?

I bought one about that time but haven't read nor received any defective notices. I'll keep my eye open for info....thanks for the heads-up.

I heard about this Recall on the QVC Forum page. Some people went to the Dyson website and put their serial number in. I did the same. Mine was recalled. Dyson instructs people to return the item for repair. I contacted QVC. They said to return the item for a full refund. Usually, QVC has the customer cut off the cord and return.

I thought by now that QVC would be contacting people.
