@Oznell Julien's held the Doris Day Auction, it was live.  Proceeds from the auction were 3 Million!  Here's a link to the article as well as the catalog showing sold prices!

Wow, @Somertime , her little gold Cartier bird pin--  went for over $40,000.

 

Before the sale, I thought the Rock Hudson brass elephant  jardiniere would go for way above its value, because of the associations with both Rock and Doris--  and it did!
