What a mistake it was to order this sweeper. Does not work at all, does not pick anything up, hard to push as you use it and very difficult to empty. A waste of my hard earned money and shame on both QVC and Don Aslet company for putting out such a horrible worthless item.

@gigy If it doesn't work, you can return it as defective and get a full refund...including S & H both ways.

Thank you, I know but it's been a little over 30 days. So I doubt they will accept it.

I would call customer service anyway and explain the situation. I have occassionaly returned things after 30 days were up and received credit.

@gigy - I agree. Send it back immediately as defective. They need to know these things.

theysay return by 30 days for any reason. that does not mean you cannot exchange at all. i would package it up as defective and snd it back don't call just send it back. i did this a few years ago with no bad consequences
