These three items are going to be used together. I have something in mind, but just for fun, if you want to play along...
What changes (if any) will there be?
How will they be incorporated?

Maybe the organizer will be glued to the wood. The bull will be placed in the first open space (like he is coming out of his confinement for Bull Fighting). The remainder of slots will be used for napkins and or paper plates.
I know...sounds crazy but that's where my head went when I saw the 3 items.
OR the Bull will be displayed as single piece somewhere and the rack will hold the cutting board and additional cutting boards.

@lolakimono This one has me stymied. I have started to wonder if you were going to mount the head of the bull on the board? I have been so concentrated on DYI two that I haven't had much time to think about DYI three! lol

Cut the bull in half, a front half and a rear half
Cut the board in half
mount the bull halves onto each board
attach the boards on outside ends of rack
it looks like the bull is walking through the rack
decide if you will give it to your stockbroker or that matador you just met

@persiflage That is a great idea. Very creative.

Well @lolakimono I'm taking the bull by the horns here and admitting defeat. Can't wait to see when you finish it.

Here is the reveal.
I had acquired the bull the year before, but thought he could be improved with some pink spray paint. I was concerned about his "hole" and thought students might leave him alone if he was painted and not try to write anything near the hole.
I got a $50 gift card to Marshall's last year from another high school, where we had done a lot of collaboration during the pandemic. It sat in my purse, and occasionally I would look online but there was nothing speaking to me. I took my bull into the store, and decided to see what I could find, with the idea that maybe I could make a heavyweight organizer.
I found the rack first, with the dishes/cookie pans, so I figured that it would be heavy enough to withstand the weight of binders/folders. I liked that there were three compartments, as I have had three preparations before so at least I have room for that. Probably one binder will be on my desk for emergency sub plans.
I then found the clearance piece of wood. I have no idea what was originally tied to it, but since the rack AND the bull fit on it, I decided to grab it.
Of course, when I brought these home I played around with the arrangement. I wanted the bull to be upfront. I do have SOME power tools, but I wouldn't try to saw him in half because I think that would end poorly for him. ![]()
I decided to drill through the wood (I think it is TEAK!) and I promptly broke my drill bit. So I knew that nailing would not be possible, if I was having this much trouble pre-drilling the holes. I did get three screws in on a diagonal, and they were leftover ones, so enough to secure the rack. There is a bit of space, so it was not something that I could glue directly onto the wood.
For the bull, I decided to use wood glue on both surfaces. The hooves are flat, so there is contact between the board and the feet. I had considered using small nails, but I thought it might split the wood or the hooves, so hopefully the glue will be enough to keep them together.

I added a few things to the rack to show what kind of room there is.

My "helper."

OK, I fess up! I have "0" imagination for DIY .. um, also lack of interest on my part (when it applies to myself
)
Wishing you all good luck on your projects.
