Never used to care for him much, but I really got to like him lately. He is so full of life, a grandpa, involved in lots of fun things, etc. I'm sure all he's involved in is what keeps him so young and lively. Way to go, Dan!!!

I have been watching Dan for years (since his CVN days). He hasn't changed at all. Seems genuinely nice.

Dan seems to have a universal sort of appeal. Pleasant personality, nice way of presenting his items, and seems like a nice guy to be around. Obviously proud of his family. I like that in anyone. I really enjoy and appreciate Dan. Sorry he isn't on more.

I agree!

He seems to be a nice family man. I am normally not interested in the shows he presents, but do see him occasionally.

He's pretty easy-going. One night he had to fill in for the host that was supposed to be on after him but for some reason that host was going to be late, and one of the items in that show was a breezies bra -- he was a real trooper.{#emotions_dlg.laugh} It was quite entertaining.

Many years ago when that area got hit with a huge blizzard the incoming shift's host couldn't come in....I believe it was Dan who pulled an all-nighter and just kept presenting stuff for hours and hours.

He's pleasant and enthusiastic.
