Sort of utterly pointless as a desk other than providing a writing surface. Nothing in this room does it for me.

I like the room itself and the view. I would keep the desk but refurnish the rest of the space.

It's not exactly my style but I do appreciate the beautiful wood and lines and curves of the desk.  It is truely a work of art.

As you say, the wood is nice - the style NOPE.

Actually, the only thing I like in this space is the rug.

I love it it's modern and uncluttered. The view and the floor to ceiling windows are gorgeous.
