Question. If I got a quilt this color what color of curtains. I already have the two throw pillows. Would this color of curtains look good? I can't really find a Ivory color.

If your walls are white or cream/ivory, those curtains would be a nice color balance with the quilt I think.

I love shades of ivory, tans, browns, so you are right up my ally with these.

The walls will be gray. Here is the bed I hope to get. I am so confused because I can't find a good cream curtain.

That bed is really pretty and the curtains you showed I think would go so well with together.Its very soothing but not blah-just really nice.

@ccassaday very nice choice! I think the curtain color is a great bridge between the pillow and the bed.

Thanks everyone. I guess I will see how everything ends up. First thing is hopefully getting my bedroom furniture and new bed. Then I will decide on a comforter. I am defintly leaning towards a quilt unless a comforter just blows me away.

I have always liked a white sheer curtain. If you need privacy, I guess you could go with the same color curtain but I would bring a touch of color in one throw pillow on the bed. You can more ideas from Pottery Barn.

I could defintly do that. My accent color that's in my picture is a minty teal green color. I think the lamp will be the same color. I wonder what that minty teal color would look like if I found a curtain that color. I could also get sheets with that green color then the pillow cases would have color.
