I've never even considered crows in my vignettes, but lately I've seen them posted everywhere, and I am getting really interested!

Beautiful. Crows are highly intelligent. I watched a show on TV where they showed a study of crows in Japan, where they learned to read red and green stop lights. They also recognize human faces and differentiate them. They hold their version of funerals when one dies. They recognize 250 different "words" , types of communication...they are amazing birds.

I'm kinda 'crow'-ed out. Just have a few pieces of crow themed items left after giving tons away. I think I just overdo a good thing, then get tired of it after several years. But still love to see them in others' homes!

Jamaica, you are "crowed out!" Funny. Well, I'm "owled out!" We have a lot of crows around here, and I don't like them too much--loud, big, congregate in big groups. too much poop on the ground. I don't think I'm transitioning from owls to crows, but the ones in the photo look nice. Nevermore.

I'm ""roostered"" out.

Question: Is the book an attached base? I love it on that book!

Yes they are. They can be taught to talk too, and make fun interesting pets.

I did too but alas the book is not included. I do have a lot of murder mysteries with macabre names and I use those in my Halloween decor.

They are amazing birds, beautiful and smart. For some reason whenever I hear a crow make it's "caw, caw" sound it makes me really happy. It just gives me a good feeling.
