Wet furniture mold and mildew, clutter, dirt and dust.

That was my first thought, too.

That furniture is not outdoor furniture.

Nice space, but I would change the couch for a couple of chairs.  It looks uncomfortable and out of place.

This is an interesting balcony. I LOVE the pink color of the sofa, but feel it does not belong there, and concur with the posts referencing clutter, and size of the space.

I like it. Of course my puppies would destroy everything. I love all the plants. I have a few of the plant in front with the large pink flower. After it blooms it's said to start the end of it's life. But before it dies it pops out tons and tons of little pup plants that become new plants. Interesting plant. Not that anyone cares 😂

I love the balcony itself but I would have to refurnish it.

I love the space, but it is too crowded for me. I would get a different couch, or maybe just some chairs and have less of everything. The space is too small for that much stuff......
