Comforter cover - duvet

I found a great down comforter I want but it only comes in white.

What are your recommendations for a cover?

Do comforters stay in place inside a duvet cover?

What stores or online sites do you recommend? I've looked at countless stores in town and a number of online retailers and haven't really seen what I want.

I want a solid green or a very muted print that has green as a dominant color.

Your ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
