@just bee

Yes, that's the color!

Oh, I was so upset I couldn't get the Flame stove!  Cannot remember why, now...probably price and/or availability.

Those colors were all the rage.

After I gave up on the red AGA, I decided that white, for me, was always the best choice

@Hoovermom

I've had a Jenn Air gas cooktop for 30 years and it looks brand new.  Of course, I take good care of it.

I also have a double wall oven (electric) and one of those ovens has a convection feature which I rarely use.  Also a Jenn Air and quite pricey when we bought it.  But, it has lasted 30 years too.

After using electric ranges for years, then a gas one, I decided I like gas much better.

For me, I like an adjustable flame better than a burner.

Maybe you could try one out before you make a decision.

Wow, I'm impressed with the variety of colors.  I had no idea there were so many.  Anyways, my vote is for "misty blue" .. those of you who know me I'm sure aren't surprised since I'm usually a "lean to" blue person.

Of course, depends on the kitchen design & personal wish list.  I also like the milkshake, ink blue, red - the avocado green goes back to the 70s.  My mom had that color for a fridge.  Good luck to your friends with their decision.

Well said, I agree.  Some things just aren't as important or practical.

If it were for a permanent home & you're certain about your preference, at some point the investment may be worth the purchase.

I wouln't hesitate to buy one of these ranges .  I especially like the shades of blue and the red one!  I think it would be a great addition to my kitchen and brighten it up.  Very appealing.

We are looking to replace our 7 year old range so I'm very aware of all the colored ones out there now I'm seriously thinking of getting a black front. It would go splendidly with all of my stainless and my granite countertops. But I HAVE to have legs on my next range. Love the look!!

I admire colored appliances in homes but I think I might get bored with them in my home.

I would stick to stainless and black or white 2nd choice.

If I did buy color it would be blue.

Colored knobs are a look I would definitely do.

@caroln242   When we built our house,we had almond appliances.  I really liked that color.  Everything needed replaced, except my Kitchenaid mixer which is almond.

My appliances are black now.

Mine too!  I like the black with my white cabinets.

Man plans. God laughs.

@liliblu  - I Love the white kitchen (black stove) I think it's picture #13, designer: Richard Coleman. From what I could see, the house looks beautiful.
