@ Thanks for all the ideas - I've used them for more than my morning coffee, but I saw some ideas I hadn't considered.

I also use them to clean my computer screen & my eye glasses since they are lint free.

I don't recommend doing that b/c it will scratch plastic lenses and electronic screens.

I wish all of these tips could stay front and center in my brain. I just never think to use coffee filters for anything! I'm going to copy and study this list!!

@SilleeMee My glasses lens are glass not plastic. Coffee filters have never scratched my desktop computer screens.
No scratches on my Amazon tablet either.
As far I know, Apple's computer screens are different than non-Apple computers since they make their own.
Imac screens are a PITA to clean AND the screens attract dust which I can't stand. All iMacs come w/a special micro fiber cloth which to me are not big enough. Even w/the cloth it leaves streaks. No lint though! Coffee filters to me are a God send when it comes to cleaning an Imac screen. At first I did test a corner to make sure there were no scratches.

Wow, I would hope you would use the filters that aren't white-they've been bleached. Wrapping herbs to put in soup gave me chills just reading about it-ditto a microwave.

@Toots711 Excellent ideas -- thanks!
Yes, I get the natural, unbleached, flat bottom coffee filters.
Also use them in air fryers instead of, or if I don't feel like cleaning the separate metal "basket" for heating/cooking one serving of food.

@Caaareful Shopper WOW! That is an excellent idea. I've been using aluminum foil.
I plan on air frying fish sometime this week. The coffee filters should take care of the "splatter" mess.

From the coffee supplier we use at church we had an over abundance of filters. I ask the kids teacher and they used a lot for craft projects.
