Most of the ones I saw on Etsy were too big for the way I want to use them, about 6" x 6". The only small ones I saw were from the U.K., so that's not an option. I guess I'd better plan better next year!

Not sure what type you are looking for but I found lots on Etsy that were 3-3-1/2" in size. I searched using heart ornaments, heart bowl fillers and heart tucks.

I only searched for stuffed cloth hearts...probably too specific. I'll check out your search terms...thanks!
