Re: Closet organizing question

We have a huge walk-in closet. Except for underwear and socks we hang everything. We use Huggable Hangers and the knock-offs and pants hangers:

Re: Closet organizing question

If you've a wall unused, try to put up a wood bar high up and attach 2 or more hooks. Then, hand your hangars using the "cascading hooks" to create a " wall " of clothing which you can easily see all your choices. I've found the cascading hooks at Target (usually in the back of the store). Also, try to hang a metal rod high enough to put those items that you need to see or you'll forget about them. The items hung there should not be things you frequently need. You may need to readjust the height of the lower rod to accommodate both rods.Don't forget about using the back of doors, especially with the flexibility that cascading hooks will give you. HTH

I tried to use the paragraphing code but it obviously hasn't worked. Thanks iPad!

Re: Closet organizing question

I would also suggest the Double Hang Closet Organizer @ Target for $17.99 (or similar product from other sources). It will double your space for hanging shorter items, like blouses & tops, by providing a second bar below the existing one in the closet, to hang stuff on. (Sorry - I don't know how to post a pic or link.)
