Lovely! I do hope somewhere on this patio is a sofa or two, chairs, a coffee table, etc., along with an outdoor kitchen. It would also be nice to have an overhang with white lights strung for ambiance.

It would be heaven in a city.  I'd probably have less plants & trees.  I'm not a big lawn & flower maintenance kind of gal and I'd walk to Central Park (or any park) for grass and trees.

Nice to look at but I would have to hire someone to keep it looking nice as I do not like yard work. That's why I have a rock yard back and front and someone comes in twice a year to trim the bushes and rake the rock.

I really like it. I agree with another poster, I would need an umbrella.

Good point.

If I could afford to live there, I guess I could afford to hire someone to haul it up in wheelbarrows using the elevator?

Maybe more. Oh, well, a girl can dream.

It's gorgeous!  I would need some umbrellas or a roof over part of it, but otherwise, I could handle that in a heartbeat........provided I had a gardener Smiley Happy

I've always wondered how people with rooftop gardens could relax and enjoy themselves with potentially hundreds of neighbors looking down on them.  Talk about lack of privacy!  That tree and shrubbery aren't for shade, they're to hide behind.

If I had to live in the city, I would need something like this. Something about being surrounded by nature in all it's beauty is very healing.

Absolutely beautiful, If I could afford to live in a NY Penthouse I would love to have a space like this. More privacy then many have in their own backyards.  No negatives from me.
