Christmas tree on set.

Is the Christmas tree that is on the set for almost all the shows for sale? I have not seen a presentation, but maybe I just missed it. I think it is so different and beautiful. Is it a regular tree that is decorated with things to make it look organic or is it the tree. I hope someone knows. Happy Holidays!!!!!!
