Christmas in July

I always look forward to buying candles during Christmas in July, but I just realized that CIJ will NOT be on July 25th this year as it has always been. Instead it's on July 23rd and 24th. What's up with that?? The monthly Christmas specials have always been on the 25th of each month, beginning in July. What are you people at the Q thinking?
