The next time that I hear salt and ice together, it better be in a margarita!

Pretty.

 

I grew up with a lot of Wright's inspiration around me in my home, my dad was an architect and loved his style. The paint color palettes are nice. Thanks for posting.

 

(Oh, and that Fallingwater home was pretty awesome! Went there when I was younger with my dad - still remember that day - thought it would of been so cool to live there!!)

As I recall, Taliesin West was a little gaudy inside, for my taste, anyway.  There was a view outside, of pyracantha in full fruit, along a series of low slung buildings that was stunning.

 

I suppose it was meant to emulate the high desert landscape, which is certainly a beautiful sight.  

 

I enjoy and respect his principles, and think little notice is given to his mentor, Louis Sullivan.
