Very charming outside.  I think I would decorate the house closer to the period when this style was popular.

Not fond of the retro modern in the least.

But don't you love the Louis XIV os de mouton chairs in the dining room.  Love those.  Love the bed.  That's all, Folks, once I enter the interior.  I do love the exterior.  It is so southern.

The historic roots of those chairs would go back to castle furniture!

I do like the outside of the house but the inside is pretty bland....

The exterior is beautiful but the interior ....not so much!

Re: Charmed by this House...

this is a lovely house however for me it is way to white--I need color and don't need the clutter everywhere altho  I know it is staged---always wonder how real people can live in such a place with so much frou frou stuff---I'd clear the place out, re-paint and use my own stuff.

We all see what we see and so there is no absolute right or wrong, but I am not seeing a lot of clutter in this home... If anything, I'd say things tend toward the sort of minimal...  Just goes to show, we all define things differently... Makes things more interesting...

Another 👍 for the outside & exterior and a 👎🏻 For the interior furnishings. There's just too much white & beige inside for me. I need more color. I like the greenery inside.

The green grass is nice. However the tree right in front of the windows detracts from the architectural details of the house. The inside is very bland also. It just doesn't have any appeal.

That very small crepe myrtle which is not a tree, but an overgrown shrub, keeps the sunlight from peeling the paint off the bedroom walls in August is not a deterrent but a positive to a realtor and/or buyer in the south.

I wondered if there was some specific reason for it to be like that. Makes sense because the sun can really destroy things.
