Sheets and comforter year 'round, except for maybe about a month when it's single digits or below, then electric blanket goes on for that time.

No. We live in a year-round warm environment, so I winter bedding is using our flat sheet. I could use a few weeks in a cold environment. I am so over this heat!

I changed out my bedding around the beginning of October. I love having flannel sheets in the winter for the warmth and coziness.

When spring comes I enjoy changing the bedding to the crisp and cool sheets.

We like to keep our bedroom cool by keeping the temperature lower than the rest of the house and unless it's exceptionally cold we always open our bedroom window very slightly.

Oh I love a heated mattress pad. We discovered them when we lived in Greece and didn't have heat in the house. Our British friends all had them and told us about them so we got one. I'd turn it on about 20 minutes before bedtime and then turn it off when I got into bed. It was wonderful. Then we had one in PA but now we have a king bed and I haven't bought one. It doesn't get that cold where we live now and my down duvet is perfect.
