@ECBG ,  thank you, we are on the same wavelength with design videos!  I had dipped into that one when it came out.  Didn't watch the whole thing, since I've seen a lot of her various house projects over the years.  While I don't always care for her 'vision',   she's a true original, and it's so much fun to see what she's up to.

 

She used to do things like,  crazy art installations in her house that would literally be a giant pile of plastic bananas, ha.  But she's calmed down a lot since then, and has such a reverence for the past and for true artisanship...

 

What did you enjoy the most about this video?

I'm sure you know I liked the organic parts the best; 

all the brick was a little dark, but I understood the reason.

 

I didn't care for all of the open books on the low but long "book shelves"?

Agreed.   For my taste, she's leaning very far into the industrial look.  She probably wouldn't accept my idea of "cozy", but I need to have more coziness in a place I'm actually going to live.  Interesting house, and seems consistent with her evolving taste though.

I just sat on the edge of my seat when a really nice blogger went to a castle!!! for the weekend!  I couldn't take my eyes off of the different backgrounds and accessories and kept replaying!!!!!
