Ours is a traditional looking rectangle with a shelf on the bottom. All I have on it now is a Valerie Parr Hill water illusion vase with flowers on it.

These cocktail tables have too much "stuff" on them.  A few nice books piled up is fine but not piles of them.

I just smh at these "designer" looks for the home. Why does everything look so cluttered?? Who puts that much stuff on their coffee table?? I really despise clutter. Woman Frustrated

Thanks for posting.

 

I like to use my coffee table as an actual table.  So I do the "tray with decor" on one side and then actually use most of the table as a table.
