I forgot all about the chocolate pie for my daughter's math class.  Does anybody have a quick and EASY recipe?  Was also wondering if the chocolate pies in the freezer section in the grocery stores are any good?  I've already called several grocery stores in my neighborhood and they don't have any available (it's even something they don't carry on a regular basis).  TIA!

I saw Godiva has a new instant chocolate pudding mix in my local grocery store.  I haven’t tried it yet but when I saw it I thought that it would make a good chocolate pie filling.

I have not made this but it looks good, quick, and easy.

Graham cracker crust

3.4 oz box instant chocolate pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

11.5 oz whipped cream cheese

Combine pudding mix and milk, whisking for about 2 minutes,  Add whipped cream cheese and whisk until well combined.  Pour into graham cracker crust and chill in fridge for about 5 minutes before serving.

Chocolate pie

4 - ounce Baker's German Sweet baking Bar

1/3 cup milk (divided)

2 Tbsp. sugar

4 - ounce  cream cheese, softened

8 - ounce Cool Whip, thawed

9 -inch graham cracker crust

Heat chocolate and 2 Tbsp. milk in saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently until 

chocolate is melted.  In another bowl, Beat sugar and cream cheese, add remaining milk and chocolate

mixture and beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and blend until smooth. Spoon into

crust. Can also garnish with Cool Whip and chocolate curls.
