Yikes. I do not replace mine that often. I replace the living room furniture when it needs it. What we have now is leather and the couch and loveseat both recline. It was not cheap for us. It better last more than 5 years. 

My kitchen table, I bought 20 years ago, the place was going out of business. I love that table, its a light oak, I won't bore you, but I hope it lasts as long as I do. I can't imagine replacing it. Maybe because it was our kitchen table raising our children, who are gone now. Many special family memories made at that table.
