Button Batteries for Cardinal Candles from Kohl's

I know that the battery number for these was given in another thread (CR2032), but I'm wondering if anyone can tell me the life span of one battery in the candles?

Also, is Amazon the best source for ordering a larger quantity?

Figured by now some of you had run through one round of batteries, as they burn for 8 hours....and I cannot imagine the life span is very long burning that many hours.
