I don't think that sink is in a bath or powder room.  You can see a pair of industrial stairs in the reflection in the mirror.

Maybe a wash-up station??

I hate the floors.  I mean I really hate them.  If they had been plain gray it would look better.  Brick doesnt look that bad.  Not for me, but to look at it looks okay.  But ixnay on those floors

I love brick inside but this don’t work for me. I think it would look better if the brick was a different color, there are prettier shades out there. I would have used the brick on the floor not the wall.

The tile on the floor is pretty but dont flow or match the brick. Over all there are too many cold hard surfaces in this room. It comes off as sterile. It’s like they used whatever materials was left from other jobs
