At first blush, it seems like a lovely area, discounting the discomfort of the hard wooden benches.  Then my thoughts go to the idea of hot, strong sun pouring in on the diners on three sides (although I noticed what seem to be bamboo shades on the left side.  So unless this is situated in a basically shady area of the property, it's a no-go for me.
