I purchased a Bethleham lights prelit 9' tree w/timer 3 years ago for over $500.00. First and second year it was stunning. I received a lot of compliments on it - most people thought it was a real tree. But now the third year a majority of the lights 1/3 to 1/2 wont work. I also purchased their heavy duty storage bag. I'm so disappointed in QVC's reaction to my problem. QVC won't stand behind the product Customer service informs me that there is no waranty that QVC offers on this product. Of course I'm outside of the time period that QVC requires to make any kind of amends. The customer service person would only give me the Bethlehem lights 800 number and say maybe they could help me "troubleshoot" the problem. Really!? So now I'm stuck with a prelit tree that won't work. Thanks QVC. So much for keeping loyal customers happy. Merry Christmas! Oh and I did call BL and was immediately sent to voice mail!
