Best price on refridgerators

I am about to rent a really great house but the fridge is not furnished. I think a 18/20 cubic foot, two door, freezer on top would be large enough for my needs. It has been several years since I shopped for one and would appreciate suggestions. Because I rent I don't want to invest a lot. TIA. Lynn
