It seems the lighter wood is popular again.  The bedding is done in beiges and grays.  I do like the headboard but I wish the nightstands were all drawers.

I've always liked the limed and pickled looking lighter woods but this bedroom is a MEH for me... The headboard is passable but overall, too impersonal, bland, and modern a vibe, and among the last things I'd choose is grey bedding... Sort of a residential hotel flavor going on...

The lighter bedroom furniture is doing nothing for me but I LOVE the bedding.  I also like the trunk bench at the foot of the bed.

I find this bedroom relaxing and simple so that's a thumbs up for me. I would probably  add a throw or pillow with a soft pop of color if it were mine.

I just can't get used to mixing grays and browns together.  When I watch home shows, I see a lot of brown wood floors and gray furniture pieces.  Makes me ill.

I agree @Katcat1 ..I like everything but would prefer drawers in night stands. I don't want everything in full view.

That's the only thing I would change.

I normally don't gravitate towards lighter furniture, but this is really pretty. I definitely want drawers in my night stands as well.....Very nice look though!

I dont care for the lighter wood....I do like the trunk at the foot of the bed....so tired of beiges and grays too....

I'm not generally fond of beds with matching nightstands.  No drawer nightstands would never make it with me.

The room has zero personality and nothing to make it interesting.  I find the bedding and the footboard chest dreadful.
