I'm so tired of buying bedding, so many fray, pull apart from backing, colors fade, etc. There are so many brands; designer; celebs, etc., that come out with everything from candles, kitchen, bedding, even toilets, many use inferior materials, just another to place they're name.

 Recommendations for Brands with quality quilts, sheets, etc., that wash well, sewn well, durable, etc.,  last for more than a few months.

I still have bedding from years ago, but I have no idea what brands they are...

Thanks

Most of my quilts, sheets and comforters are LL Bean or Lands End.  I do have a couple Concierge brand blankets from HSN and they are okay but not my favorite.  I was watching HSN yesterday afternoon and Marla Wynne was on with her home collection.

I thought the bedding looked quite nice,  there were sheet sets and a coverlet.  I was intrigued but I just bought new sheets recently on Lands End clearance and am not in need of a coverlet or comforter right now.  But if I was!!!

The Company Store too!  And I used to find wonderful sheets made in Portugal at Tuesday Mornings but don't know if they have them now.  The were the best I ever had.

My sheets are basic, not stylish at all.  I use LL Bean flannel sheets all year round.  I love them.  The set I'm currently using I've had for a few years.  I have not tried the percale sheets but they are probably just as durable.

A brand called Oake. I know they are sold at Macy's and bloomingdale's. Probably other places too. They are a bit pricey, but last for years and I wash them often.

@skittles2

I get the beautiful Biltmore House brand from Belk.  They was beautifully.  I get the highest tier and the site shows coupons daily.

Biltmore House partnered with Belk because the Belk brothers were from one of our largest cities in NC.

I have never had bedding fall apart, fade, or pill in a few months, and I wash everything in hot water with Tide with Bleach no matter what the washing directions say. In the summer I air dry; in the winter I use the dryer. On occasion, the elastic on fitted sheets stretches out after a few years.

Some I like better than others (all cotton) and some less (microfiber). Some fabrics are soft, some not.

I buy what ever appeals to me at the right price.

I donate my bedding when I need a change because they always still look good.

Is it possible we live in alternate bedding dimensions?

I must live in your reality because I've had the same set of sheets for years. I have two sets I rotate out each week ... they have been laundered hundreds of time ... they have to fit over a very deep matress w/ extra foam matress pad ...  they look like when I first received them. No rips, no stretched out elastic corners, no pilling.

For a few years my sister gave us high thread count, Egyptian cotten sheets for Christmas. I finally told her STOP! we have enough sheets already because you gave us such great quality. I wish I could tell you where she purchased, but it was years ago.

LL Bean, Cuddledown, Percale from Vermont Country Store & Ikea brand are my go to for sheets/bedding.
