I think I would like it for the first few months but then think it looked dated and cheap....I know myself.

I'll get many disagrees, but the bamboo needs to be painted.

It's unique, that's for sure!  I do like that it allows for the natural light to get thru.  And it blends well with the type of wood on the steps.

 

But I think I'd prefer rod iron rails.
