Hi QVC Community!

We often get the opportunity to interview some amazing people here at QVC and then share those interviews with you. The next special interview we have scheduled is with Ellen DeGeneres, but this time we wanted to try something different and give you the chance to ask the questions you really want answered. Please post your questions for Ellen DeGeneres here and then look for updates from us when the interview will be shown. If your question is selected for the interview we will be sure to let you know in advance.

Thanks for participating!

Ellen, when thinking of home, we are often transported by memories of our childhood. Were there any specific pieces of art or decor in your childhood home that influenced your design aesthetic for the ED on Air line?

Hi.  I would like to know the what type of process is used in desiging your pieces. For example, is it your idea, do you sketch it out, do you work with a designer, do you start from scratch or adapt another design?   Do you do design AND the business end?

While someone got here with the idea before me, I'd like to also request a line of products, made in America. I'd like to see featured presentations with the designers, entrepreneurs, and businesses that create and manufacture them.

There are still a lot of glass manufacturers here in the states, could you design and work with one of them, to bring us something exclusive and made right here at home? Mosser glass comes to mind, located in Cambridge Ohio, often does exclusive lines for various companies. They have great quality glass, and wonderful employees.

Also, QVC once partnered with Peterboro basket company, and could you work with them or with Longaberger Basket company to produce some large utility baskets made right here, as well?
