I ordered my "first" as is product two weeks ago. I order a red 8 piece Rachael Ray B&B set, two lidded bakers and 4 au gratin dishes. Within the week, I received ONE two quart, two piece RR round baker. Ok, it was red, it was in perfect shape, but it was NOT the 8 piece set, but the box had the 8 piece SKU. Weird. Had to return the first piece, waited 10 days, it was received, and they are shipped the 8 piece set yesterday, supposed to be here tomorrow. I wanted to try the AS IS, because the price was at least 50% off. Since it is for me, the two week wait was not a problem, but I hope the correct set is received tomorrow. I would have kept the one piece, but it was the same price AS IS, as this whole eight piece set (2 quart round baker, vs. 8 pieces, and 2 and 4 quart larger bakers), so I couldn't justify 35.00 for one baker vs 35.99 for the entire set. So it is clear, they are not checking piece counts on returns. BUT, customer service was nice, and we will see tomorrow. . . . .I will probably try it again.

Sorry you had an issue with not getting the right product. It seems to happen quite often. Please update us when you get it!

I have noticed that the number of 'as is' VPH or 'For the Home' products have greatly diminished since I was shopping the 'as is' sections by about 40%!

By calling CS when you receive the wrong product they will usually give a FREE S&H on your next purchase if you don't want to keep it and have to return it since it was their error. I know that has happened to me a few times, so getting the FREE S&H does help with the disappointment of getting the wrong product sometimes...of coarse, not when there are no replacements for what you really wanted though...

Has anyone ordered any 'as is' lately? I just ordered another set of LR's chocolate glitter trees and a set of the gold...LOVE the chocolate set we have already. They look AWESOME mixed with other trees...like VPH's green bottle brush trees, with other cone trees and makes it look more like a real forest

I just returned both sets of these candles. I really couldn't make an acceptable set of 4 out of the 8. Just too many flaws, and then there is the greenish glow of some of them. I'm really hoping that this particular Kate McRostie artwork is brought back to QVC in some other form.

This has been the only item I have ordered from Valerie in the as is section that I had to send back. The paint was scratched off in 3 out of 4 and I was going to put them in gift bags for co-workers. Other than that my as is items are above and beyond acceptable. My latest purchase were the chickadees on the pine cone and I love them. Went back and ordered them in the tree. Very happy with my as is purchases.

I was amazed at how much 'as is' there is when I put in the search 'as is for the home'...LOTS to choose from!

I just received the LR glitter trees today...they are PERFECT! I ordered 2 more chocolate sets and a gold set.

I see that when some folks get their trees, they don't open them up outside or in an area that would require the least amount of time to sweep/vacuum up the glitter that fell off in the bags of each tree. I had a lot of glitter left in the bags/box from all the handling/shipping and the trees still looked PERFECT! I would not have known any glitter had even fallen off...LOL Oh well, can't please everyone and, if it wasn't for those who were unhappy with the excess glitter, I wouldn't have gotten them at a bargain price!!!

I had also ordered a set of 'as is' VPH's beaded pumpkins (H199534) for next Fall decorating...also in perfect condition. I have had a set for about 3-4 years now and wanted another set before they aren't available anymore.

I just recieved a set of ""as is"" telescoping magnetic flashlights. They are perfect. I f I am ordering from QVC I always check for the as is version first.

Glad you got a nice set of the flashlights! I seem to remember to check 'as is' in a few categories of products, but I don't seem remember to check all the time like I should...TY for the reminder!

So far I have ordered the woodland tree, white set of 3 poinsettias from LR , and a set of glitter birds also from LR , All perfect! Yeah !
