It might be hard finding someone to install a floor in a small bathroom. My daughter had a hard time trying to get a new floor in their Powder room.

The Installers didn't feel it was worth their time! She had to wait until they were ready for a new Kitchen floor and got it done then....

@Abrowneyegirl Here are the pictures. The one after the floor I painted is the "before". The blue is the one I painted. Very happy with the results and many compliments.

@pattypeep Go to a reliable hardware store. Also, go to Benjamin Moore and ask about what paint to use and Pratt & Lambert. I know someone that painted over fabric chairs and they turned out beautifully and never cracked.

@Katcat1 I've already finished the project. See above picture with blue floor. @Abrowneyegirl asked to see pics after I finished.

@pattypeep It looks really good. Was it difficult and what kind of paint was required? I live in an apt and wish I could paint mine but that is not allowed. I have an ugly floor bathroom but I use a really nice shower curtain and towels so you look at them instead of the floor! LOL

Wow! That is a big difference! Much improved!

I like the new sink too, very much.

My only concerns as a buyer would be if it would last and look this good over time, and the color is pretty specific to certain tastes. But buyers can change the flooring later if they don't like it, it's 'move in ready' and that is what people are looking for.

But for listing and getting a place ready for sale, I think it was super smart and effective.

Was it hard work, take a lot of time?
