Any seniors thinking about downsizing?

We currently have a 2 story log, beautiful. Needs a few repairs, since almist 16 yrs old. I am thinking it would be nice to have a ranch with a catherdral in the great room area. I currently have laundry next to the kitchen and that is great, but would be nice to not have a 2 story as we get older.
