Any Tips on Flying, what you can bring, cant, etc. ??

Going to be flying soon, and hate to fly always have ! I know since the last time I flew alot has changed I know about the shoes, and the 2ounces allowed all that, but wonder about how to take my jewelry pieces, and will the tsa people handle all of my things or just look at them ? I also heard that if you wear a underwire bra it could set off the scanners and then you may have to have a pat down !!{#emotions_dlg.scared}That is all I wear is underwire . What about food, or is that up to each airline weather to serve or not? Can you bring food items on the plane?

Thanks for any info, really appreciate it, not looking foward to flying but need to.
