Another HUGE Disappointment - H352834

Once again I find myself wondering why I am still ordering from the Q. Frist, I normally like and enjoy items from Valerie Parr Hill, but this last item will be the LAST that I order from her line. I ordered H352843 Pumpkin Door Swag. The berries (some at the bottom of the box), 1 pumpkin and gords are nothing but cheap styrofoam! The box was damaged and there was no packing slip in the box or on the box. How can a person feel good about paying $58.35 for a piece of junk from China? I know that Valerie can have only so much control over her factories, but in this economy I won't be buying anymore items. My only positive note to this post is that the leaves and bow are lovely, but not enough to make me keep this.

I am SO finished with the Q. Where is the quality control in this company?
