I haven't checked to see if it's available to me, but I doubt it would work for very small households. As the Sharks say, "I'm out."

I am a household of 1. Can't get any smaller than that. I placed a small order.it will be delivered tomorrow between 8-10 am (my choice) you get to choose your delivery times and if you want them to ring your doorbell or just leave it.It comes in an insulated tote and you return the tote next time you order. Can't beat that for convienence!

My husband does the grocery shopping, but when he got the flu (with complicatons) this past winter, I decided to try Amazon Fresh, especially since I hate to go anywhere near a big chain store.

I've tried pretty much everything except meat, except for deli type already prepared. Even the prepackaged salads are good, although very small in size. The fruits and vegetables are very fresh ... in one instance though, the grapes just didn't taste right, and Amazon quickly refunded the cost for those without question.

One thing I found impressive ... milk in a glass bottle, the way we used to have it delivered when I was a kid!

My daughter uses it all the time for her family of 4. The containers keep food cool. It is great if you are home to receive your order. One time she put out the empty containers and some guys stole them off her porch. Guess they thought they were full of food.

I used it at work once last year when it first came out in my area. I ordered fruit and other snacks for our workplace kitchen. The fruit was unusable. There were boxes crushing the bananas, and the apples were small and had brown spots. One of the oranges was rotting. What a mess! I complained and quickly got a refund. I have not gone back to see if they have improved.
